California School of Law an On Line Law School

Live On Line Classrooms

The on line law school classes at the California School of Law provide a genuine law school experience at a pace and cost that is manageable for a working adult. Many potential law students cannot attend a residential law school due to work or family commitments, not to mention the enormous financial burden of the tuition and travel involved in attending a residential law school.

The on line classes meet each week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, with students and professors participating in a live video conference in which they discuss and debate the law as if they were physically in the same room. In these classes students and professors utilize the traditional Socratic Method of legal education used at prestigiousresidential law schools.

State of the art technology at the California School of Law enables students to submit examinations, essays and memoranda of law online, for professors to review, discuss and grade. The online technology also enables the students to form study groups in which they discuss cases, trade class outlines, prep for tests and make friends and networking connections that may last a lifetime.

California School of Law provides students with several affordable and attractive installment plans.  All plans require some payment while attending law school.  All students enrolled in the California School of Law will be approved for an installment plan.  Tuition is charged by the trimester, not the year, keeping both the principal and interest low. Federal financial aid is not available to our students at this time.
The California School of Law runs on trimesters. The 15 week trimester is equivalent in length to a traditional 4 month law school semester.

The next trimester starts on April 3, 2012 with an application deadline of March 1, 2012. The California School of Law has new trimesters scheduled to begin in April 2012, August 2012 and December 2012.
